Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representatives performing in-home consultative sales, you can earn substantial income selling Upscale Windows, Stunning Entry Doors, the most Sought-After Siding, and Top-of-the-Line Baths/Showers.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Building trust and educating customers
  • Identifying customer needs and wants
  • Building effective proposals, negotiating, closing the sale
  • Submitting project and contract documentation on a timely basis
  • Attending sales/training meetings
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and installation process to facilitate appropriate product recommendations and solutions
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Convert issued leads into sales creating revenue and company growth

Minimum Requirements:
  • 2 years sales experience or bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work days, evenings, and Saturday daytime
  • A confident, highly-driven individual that is self-motivated and thrives on a challenge
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, efficient, manages time wisely
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree
